Your host's cousins, Matt & George, own a wonderful coffee roasting company called Geometry! Geometry, started by uncle Brian, is a high quality Irish coffee roasting company for many years. It is featured in many of Galway's top coffee spots including Plamas Cafe, a 2 minute walk away from The Galway City Oasis.
